slowstack collects and displays public information about Minecraft servers.
Affiliation: slowstack is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang AB or Microsoft Corporation.
Ownership: We do not claim ownership of the third-party server data displayed. Server owners may request the removal of their server from our database by contacting us.
Usage Policy: Under no circumstances do we support or condone the use of this data for malicious intent. Prohibited activities include, without limitation, griefing and unauthorised server intrusion with malicious intent. This data is provided to help users discover Minecraft servers and for legitimate research or learning purposes. We assume no liability for the misuse of this data; usage is at your own risk.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. slowstack is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information.
Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third-party server owners, or our interests.
Disclaimers
"As Is" Basis: slowstack is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or uptime of our services.
Third-Party Content: slowstack displays content generated by third-party server owners. We are not responsible for any offensive, inappropriate, or illegal content contained within third-party server names, descriptions, or metadata.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, slowstack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our services or the data provided.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service owner resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to, or use of, the services shall be instituted in the courts of that jurisdiction.
