About

Scanning the entire internet, one port at a time

slowstack finds Minecraft servers you didn't know existed. No submissions, no curation — just us, relentlessly pinging every corner of the internet.

Mission

The Mission

We scan the internet for Minecraft servers and index whatever we find. Nobody submits anything — if your server is reachable, we've probably already found it. This means you see servers that would never appear on a curated list, including the weird ones.

Server owners can opt out whenever. We only see what any Minecraft client sees — we're not special, just persistent.

What We Stand For

No surprises

Everything we collect is documented. No fine print, no asterisks. What you see is what we get.

Public Data Only

If your server isn't broadcasting it, we don't have it. Your private stuff stays private.

Server Owner Rights

Don't want to be listed? Email support@slowstack.tv and we'll make you disappear. No hard feelings.

Process

How We Work

Continuous

Discovery

Our scanners probe IP ranges around the clock. If a new Minecraft server pops up, we'll know about it embarrassingly fast.

Every 5-15 min

Status Queries

We re-ping active servers every few minutes. Yes, we're that server that keeps refreshing.

Real time

Data Processing

Server responses get parsed, indexed, and made searchable almost immediately. Speed is kind of our thing.

Background

Why This Exists

Most server lists are stuck in 2012. You submit your server, it sits on a list forever, and half the entries are dead. Cool system.

We took the opposite approach: scan everything, index what responds, and keep scanning. The result is a live view of what's actually running right now.

We only see what your Minecraft client sees when you add a server. Nothing more. Server owners can opt out anytime.
